Key Responsibilities:

• Provide production support for Java-based applications running on Kubernetes clusters.
• Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Implement and maintain monitoring solutions to ensure the health and availability of applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues impacting production environments.
• Perform root cause analysis for incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Automate routine tasks and processes to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational standards.
• Participate in on-call rotations and provide after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in Java development and production support.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and debugging Java applications.
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native principles and microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
